Printing methods and finishing types we offer to meet your goals and usage needs.

  • Our digital imaging label prepress services ensure your artwork is press-ready and will produce the results you’re looking for. From providing assistance with file preparation (including exporting appropriate formats and resolutions) to color specifications (single color, CMYK, or Pantone® spot) to font preparation, we work closely with you for the best possible finished product.
  • Direct thermal labels are also created through the application of heat, but without using a ribbon. Thermal printing is commonly used for barcodes, shipping, product and warehouse labeling.
  • Add high-quality branding to mailing and other business labels with pre-printed labels you can use with your laser or inkjet printer. No need to use up your toner or ink, with inferior results. Pre-printed labels support your company branding and represent you professionally as you communicate with customers, vendors, prospects, and other contacts.
  • Digital printing is a fast and economical solution for short run print projects and variable-data merging. With digital label printing, it’s possible to print mixed information in one run, including running labels for multiple products or items together, variations of the same product, and keeping a handful of variable print options ready for regular rotation. For print runs requiring lots of flexibility with quick turnaround and reasonable cost, digital printing meets the need and provides quality on a budget.
  • Thermal transfer is a digital printing process that produces durable, long-lasting labels used for barcoding, clothing tags, product packaging labels, and more. The color is applied through heating a thermal ribbon and transferring the color from the ribbon to the label.
  • Ribbons for thermal transfer label printing are usually made of wax, resin, or a combination of the two. Master Tape Printers will help you choose the best medium for your printing application in order to produce labels with the features and durability you need for your product application.
